Most of the PHP for this site I inherited from our previous developer. Due to a redesign however, a new front-end had to be placed over this. This build features a CSS-only semi-transparent drop down menu, something as tricky to perfect as it is to say. The backend was minorly overhauled due to different content than the previous site.
